Ask the child to reflect on the light of a beautiful red star and in the light of that star to envision the Native American people coming into view. These people have lived in the Americas for thousands of years and one of their great spiritual values is their deep spiritual connection and respect for nature. What things do you see in nature around you that you feel connected to, love, and want to protect like a Native American would?
